Who is BTL Technologies, Inc.?
BTL Technologies, Inc. is a Texas corporation that provides contract staff augmentation to various government agencies in the United States. The company is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with operations at government facilities in various states. Our mission is to practice excellence to employ, expand, and empower our customers workforce in every way possible.
If I am selected to fill a position, who will be my employer?
BTL is a direct employer, therefore if you are selected to fill a position we advertise, BTL will be your employer and you will work on-site at the contracted facility. Please see the Job Seekers section of our website for all of our current job opportunities.
How does the recruiting process work?
BTL posts our open job opportunities on many different job boards – Indeed, Monster, Professional Organizations, Twitter, Facebook – and of course, the Job Seeker section on our website. Our recruiting team manages the job listings, reads incoming applications, determines fit, and coordinates the interview and offer process through our Applicant Tracking System.
How should I apply?
Apply directly for the position you are interested in from our current listings on the Job Seekers page of our website. Please make sure you qualify for the role before applying. It is okay to apply for positions, but applying for positions you do not qualify for will not increase your chances to obtain that position.
To whom should I address my cover letter?
“Dear Recruiting” or “To Whom It May Concern” will suffice. Since, chances are, you don’t personally know anyone in the recruiting group, having a name won’t make any difference. We promise.
Will you contact me regarding the status of my application?
We regret that we can’t reply personally to each submission. If there’s an immediate match between your talents and our needs, we will contact you directly within a few weeks. If you do no hear from us within that time, please assume that we do not have an appropriate opportunity at this point, but will certainly keep your talents in mind and your qualifications on file for any appropriate openings which may develop in the future. Additionally, we will notify you if the position you applied to has been filled, recruitment actions put on hold, or if the requirement to fill the position has been terminated.
How do I sign up for my benefits?
Benefit on-line enrollment is not yet available. Newly hired Team Members will receive information, enrollment forms, and directions on, or just prior to your first day of employment. Current Team Members can enroll or make changes to their benefit package during the annual open enrollment period, normally during the months of October and November. Team Members with a qualifying event (loss of coverage, birth of a child, marriage, etc.) must notify the HR Department, at firstname.lastname@example.org, of the qualifying event to receive the required enrollment forms.
