BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE
Sibyl Kent is a Retired United States Air Force Reserve officer with over 20 years of experience in financial management and training facilitation. Key capabilities that Sibyl brings to the team are Budget Analysis; She has developed and executed program budgets for Top Secret programs and base operating support; Cost Analysis, Sibyl has utilized modeling to program budget life-cycle costs for major weapons systems. Finally, she was the Assistant to Comptroller for Reserve Affairs. Sibyl holds a Masters of Cost Estimating from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting, from Arizona State University.

Sibyl has served for 5 years at BTL and received the esteemed BTL Service Award. Sibyl was honored with the Air Force Knowledge Management Team Award and earned the Meritorious Service Medal.
