- Anthony helped an 8a grow from $3-60 million dollars in revenue over a six-year period in various roles; most notably, Senior Vice President of Operations in their government department. He is the recipient of “The Glen E. Morrell Recruiting Order of Excellence” for exemplary performance in the field of professional Army Recruiting. He is the graduate of two resident business school entrepreneurial certificate programs: The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University Stillwater. He also served two years as Chairman of the African American Leadership Institute San Antonio, TX.
Anthony retired in the Senior NCO Ranks of the US Army after serving 26 years. He is servant-leader with over 20 years’ experience in high volume recruiting, individual and organizational development training, and professional career counseling of military and civilian personnel. His roles have included Talent Acquisition Executive, Director, and Program Manager working for small (8a) and large businesses. He credits his success by responding to customers changing needs for personnel by using Fact Based, Data Driven solutions, while ensuring sound metrics were in place to validate the results. He is responsible for managing the placement of over 2000 contract personnel for his civilian clients and the enlistment/commissioning of over 500 healthcare professionals into the Army’s ranks.
