BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mongelli directs BTL Professional Services in engaging a variety of clients and their programs with cost-effective, highly-qualified professionals. As a Program Mangers his responsible for the leadership and management oversight of the USAF 711th HPW, Air Force Security Forces Center, and US Navy MATO contracts assuring financials, schedules, and objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Mr. Mongelli brings 26 years of military expertise in program management and 20 years in professional consulting industry.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS
Gerard holds a plethora of awards including the Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievements Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with seven devices, National Defense Service Medals with one device, Vietnam Service Medal with three devices, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Device, and the Republic Vietnam Campaign Medal.
