BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE
Raquel De Hoyos has earned her Associate of Arts in Business Administration from San Antonio College and has completed the Business Administration in General Business at Texas A&M University program – San Antonio. Raquel brings over eight years of experience in the government contracting sector, which includes knowledge in all factions of a small business to include human resources, payroll, business development, marketing, and project control departments.
