BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE
Terri Liggins joined BTL in 2017 as Proposal Writer/ Proposal Manager. Terri brings to the table business acumen in both entrepreneurship and Corporate America, having spent approximately 20 years in each arena, supporting a long range of organizational objectives. Throughout her career, writing has been her main area of expertise, covering the gamut from technical writing to business content creation and autobiographical ghostwriting. Terri holds an MJ degree in Health Law from Loyola University-Chicago, School of Law, an MBA from Walden University and a BA degree from Ohio University.
